Open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment only
You must make an appointment by calling 305-499-8767. The appointment line opens seven days a week at 9 am. The appointment line will remain open until all appointments for the next day have been filled. This site will take appointments up to 72 hours in advance.
For now, daily testing is available at this site for 150 people. You do not have to arrive in a car to get tested.
Testing requirements
- Miami-Dade County residents of any age who have COVID-19 symptoms can get tested
- Individuals who believe they have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, even if they are not currently experiencing symptoms

The testing site, located at 1350 NW 50th St., is open to residents 45 and older who show symptoms and by appointments only.
